Return & Refund

Agha's Perfume aims to ensure that customers are satisfied with every purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions. This policy applies to purchases made within our local store and through our official website. International orders are not supported.

Return Time Frame
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery or pickup. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Products for Return
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging intact. The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or tampering. Perfume bottles must be sealed and not opened. If the product is opened, used, or damaged by the customer, the return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the product received is not as described, the customer can request a return or exchange. Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

How to Request a Return

Inspection and Approval
Once the returned product is received, Agha's Perfume will inspect the item to confirm its condition. If the product meets the return criteria, the return will be approved. If the product does not meet the criteria, the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days after the product inspection. Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during purchase. The refund amount may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

Exchange Policy
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers can request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund will be issued as per the policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must contact Agha's Perfume immediately with photos of the item and packaging. Agha's Perfume will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipping. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request once the product is delivered.
