Agha's Perfume provides delivery services within our local operating area only. International shipping is not available. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website or store.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during high demand periods, holidays, or special promotions. Customers will be notified if there is any delay in processing the order.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location within our local delivery area. Typically, deliveries are completed within two to five business days after the order is processed. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, courier availability or other external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may apply based on the customer’s location and the selected delivery option. Delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing the order. Agha's Perfume reserves the right to adjust delivery charges based on distance or service changes.

Delivery Areas
Agha's Perfume delivers only within our defined local area. If a customer’s address is outside the delivery area, the order may be canceled or the customer may be asked to choose an alternative pickup option.

Order Tracking
Customers will receive order confirmation and delivery updates through the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking details may be shared if the order is handled through a courier service. Agha's Perfume will provide support if any delivery-related issues arise.

Delivery Instructions
Customers should provide accurate delivery address and contact number. If there are special instructions for delivery, customers can mention them during checkout or contact Agha's Perfume directly. Agha's Perfume will try to follow delivery instructions but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted and the customer is not available, the courier may try again or contact the customer to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered, it may be returned to Agha's Perfume and the customer will be contacted for further action.

Order Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their orders from Agha's Perfume store location if available. Pickup orders will be ready within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.

Order Changes
Customers may request changes to the delivery address or contact information before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, changes may not be possible. Agha's Perfume will assist with changes as much as possible based on the delivery status.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect order, they must contact Agha's Perfume immediately with photos of the product and packaging. Agha's Perfume will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per the Return and Refund Policy.
